This New Generation Office is staffed locally with someone who shares many of your same interests and concerns.  As licensed professionals, we work hard to help you protect your family and possessions.

The Ez Serve Lobby puts you in control and better fits your busy schedule.  When your local Egiserve Representative is out, you can still conduct business!  The Ez Serve Lobby is open before, during and after normal business hours, which allows you to:

  • Access the Ez Serve Doc-U-Box

    • A simple and secure way to
    pick up or drop off documents
    or other information at your
    convenience.

  • Use the Ez Serve Phone

    • A direct link to your local
    Egiserve Representative, to
    the Customer Service Center
    or to report a claim.

  • View the TV Monitor

    • Displays valuable information
    such as safety tips for your
    family, local weather, national
    and world news.

  • Pick up a brochure from the Information Center

    • Helpful reference material at your fingertips.

  • Use one of our convenient Drop Boxes

    • For your convenience, we have two drop boxes.  One is outside for 24-hour access
    and the other is located inside the Ez Serve Lobby, which has extended hours.


    There is also an activity center with fun activities for your children while we help you handle your insurance business.
